  The employees at this location do not care about customers. They do not even read tickets or get orders right. They don't even try to put the ingredients inside the bread.

  Out of French bread. Asked for my sandwich on wheat, got home and it was an unwich. 3 workers, waited 19 minutes for 4 sandwiches to be made. Only customer in the store also. Pretty bummed by our experience 😞

  Ordered through the app for a drive through pickup, arrived and was told the bread was in the oven and it would be 10 minute wait. We left and pulled around 8 minutes later, when we pulled up to the window they stated they were out of bacon, I ordered 2 sandwiches with bacon and even paid for extra bacon on one of them. Why was I not given the option to cancel when i asked for a refund?

  Very cute, good food. Didn't see very many Vegetarian options but that's okay!!! Staff was pretty nice and the "The Veggie" was very good, would recommend!!! Thank you Jimmy Johns! 🥹❤️‍🩹
