    Careless. The last couple times we’ve gone the sandwiches have been horrible, one slice of meat. Recently ordered two sandwiches and all the veggies were frozen. Freakin frozen, unreal.

    Its not the employees fault. They were friendly enough. The sandwiches have gotten much smaller while the prices have not. It wasn't worth the cost for what I received. Too bad.

    I have so much respect for food service workers, and I know that this particular branch has a hard time being fully staffed or having drivers all the time, but I ordered today and after an hour and a half had passed, there was no order delivered. I got an order confirmation and was charged, but did not receive anything. Now, before I placed an order, I called to make sure they had drivers so I wouldn't get charged and then have the order cancelled afterward, which happened to me earlier this month. It rang about 12 times and no one answered. I put in the order, and called again about 40 minutes later. 10 rings, no answer. I called again over an hour later, and someone did answer, only to tell me they had already cancelled the order, with no notice or communication to me. I understand it being busy and being short staffed, but I really think this branch could benefit from turning off delivery orders when they don't have drivers or are too busy to take them. I am now out 30 dollars and won't get that back until next week.

    The employees at this location do not care about customers. They do not even read tickets or get orders right. They don't even try to put the ingredients inside the bread.
