I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes just to place an order because the restaurant appeared to be severely understaffed. The overall cleanliness was also concerning — there was food scattered across the counters and bugs flying around the dining area. Unfortunately, the environment felt very unsanitary and unprofessional. I hope management addresses these issues soon.
