  My grandma, mom, aunt, and I stopped at this coffee shop for breakfast before getting back on the road to head home, as we are not from the area. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The employee, Cynthia, was incredibly rude and disrespectful to both my mom and my grandmother. She spoke to us as though we were stupid or incompetent, and the way she treated my grandmother was especially upsetting. When I finally spoke up for my grandma, Cynthia even turned her name tag around. In my opinion, Cynthia’s behavior was completely unacceptable for someone working in customer service or the food industry. Unfortunately, the food itself was also very disappointing and did not taste good. We probably could have overlooked the poor food if we had received decent customer service, but the way we were treated made the entire experience so much worse. The casino and hotel were amazing, but unfortunately, the coffee shop was a completely different experience. Based on our visit, I would not recommend this coffee shop. Along with the food being WAY OVERPRICED!

  Believe the bad reviews. Cold pre-made food and apparently everything had meat on it. Was out of a lot of things that my wife wanted. The cold french vanilla creamer was actually just half and half and the chai was terrible. Unfortunately, this is the ONLY breakfast option during the week.

  Absolutely terrible. Premade food half way warmed up. Ate two bites and threw it away. I would suggest just being hungry long enough to make it somewhere else to eat.

  Penn Gaming should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to be the only thing open in the morning for the hotel guests. It's absolute trash! Do not get their biscuits and gravy because it is a pre-made plastic container of garbage that they heat up in the microwave. And it's still cold when they give it to you. If you have to get anything, the croissant sandwich was barely edible. Disgusting biscuits and gravy, subpar sandwich, and an overpriced cappuccino for $37 and some change. Also, how is it possible that you run out of coffee at 8:00 in the morning!?
