  Took my date here and we had a blast. Few of the machines didn’t work, but the staff gave my date and I a refund. Bar tender was good no complaints. 4/5 stars for food due to lack of vegan options. Area was clean! Staff was friendly. No issues! It’s a bit pricey for two people, but overall. 4/5 stars. Sad you guys took out the pool tables.😢

  We went on a Wednesday around 1pm. There were only 2 bartenders in the back and they were assigned to the table surrounding the bar as well. We stood at the bar for over 20 minutes before finally walking to the front bar. 1/3 of the games weren't working properly but would sure take your points. After 3x of asking for our points back we gave up trying. We did hit the jackpot on one game though.

  I want to start by saying that I truly enjoyed the gaming experience, but the dining was probably by far the worst experience ever. It took an hour to get our food. We saw our sever once at the beginning. Our steak was overly cooked. We had to 2 flag down servers to find ours. They returned by saying they couldn’t and didn’t help. Had a guest sitting with no food. When it came out it was cold. When asked to speak to a manager, the tall white man about our experience and he dead stared at me. Didn’t apologize or anything. Then we had to wait another 30 mins for them to get our checks together. The service was bad. Customer service is a lost art here and I suggest eating before coming. So yea games were clean and great though.

  First ever visit, my husband and I took our kids out for lunch and arcade games after. Food was very good ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. Probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. The waiter and food service staff were excellent, very attentive and easy to talk to. We played a good assortment of arcade games after our meal and even earned enough tickets to get some nice prizes. There was half price arcade games on the day we arrived also. Thanks so much for the great experience! Would reccomend to others.

  The food was awful, like it was reheated or microwaved. Even things that needed to be cooked weren't great. My steak looked more like a burger until I cut into it. I know it's not a steakhouse, but I've never seen a steak shaped like that. Service was super slow or just not there. The games were fun, even though some didn't work right, and the meal combo deals for tickets are a good value. As expected items in the shop cost a lot of tickets as well so be prepared to leave with junk.
