  Food was good my only issue was my family was visiting the area and it took a moment to get any service. The hostess was running orders understandably but we didn't know that. I stepped up to the bar made eye contact with the bar tender and he just ignored me and went back to his conversation. Kind of rude but we eventually got seated by the hostess.

  Terrible experience, largely due to the manager’s behavior. Despite making a reservation for a group of 30–40 people, we were told upon arrival that our reservation was not in their system. Instead of honoring our booking, they placed us on a waiting list, even though nearly half of the facility was empty. After waiting for an hour and a half, we approached the manager to ask if our group could finally be accommodated. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She even told one of our guests to “learn English first” and made other inappropriate, discriminatory remarks. We ultimately decided to leave. What was supposed to be a fun and enjoyable outing turned into a very disappointing experience because of the poor management, disrespectful treatment, and discriminatory attitude. I would not recommend this place based on the way we were treated.

  Our food and service was amazing. However upon arrival the wait time was extremely long but we were ok with it. But there was a manager at the front, I think her name was chelsey. Very rude and dismissive when asking a question regarding our waiter. She rolled her eyes and very snappy. Turning her back on the staff and not showing what a manager is supposed to be. Waiter was amazing and she l delivered excellent quality service. Which helped make the visit to Dave and busters worth it. Thank you Starr.

  This was one of the most humiliating experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. We arrived expecting to be seated like any other guests, but instead we were treated with disrespect from the very beginning. The staff refused to seat us, and when we politely asked for an explanation, security started escorting members of our group out instead of trying to resolve the situation. What shocked me the most was the hostess making rude comments about my English accent. I am an immigrant from Ukraine, and English is not my first language. Mocking someone because they speak with an accent is discriminatory, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. No one should ever be made to feel inferior for speaking a second language. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude, dismissive, and treated us as if we didn’t deserve basic respect. I have never felt so unwelcome in a business. I will never return and would strongly discourage others from supporting a place where customers are treated this way. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of where they come from or how they speak.

  We were there on Saturday, June 13, 2026. We are professional party planners and let me just say we will never book or recommend anyone to book or host anything at Dave & Buster's in Earth City, MO. Dear Management and Event Coordinator, it is extremely rude to give a loud microphone to any group and allow them to yell out awardees names for over an hour. We could not even hear each other in our own group while sitting next to each other. It was absolutely ridiculous!!! That group in the green t-shirts should have had a private room with the doors closed or had their awards program before you officially opened up to the public at 10:00 am. You could literally hear the lady yelling out names and categories all over the building. If you don't have the appropriate space to accommodate a large and loud group then DON'T book it! Trying to make the most of your space, overcharging for your small quantity of menu items and then allowing a group to disrupt other groups and families is insane. Please DO BETTER!!! The food service was terrible, it took over an hour to receive our order, small quantities, way overpriced and the taste of the food was just ok. We will NOT be back! If you're having a gathering of any kind think twice about booking this place!
