  We always go Charlie Gittos for pizza on casino nite,many times.Tonite we ordered the same pizza as always. In the past,this was the best pizza,but tonite it was different. The crust was hard,it was burnt,it just wasn't the same. I will give it another try soon,but I hope it will be like it was before. Also,this was to go....had to ask for napkins,no utensils, they said they didn't have any. Oh well E

  Charlie Gittos at Hollywood casino has the best food, best atmosphere and absolutely, positively the best staff! Everyone is ALWAYS friendly and upbeat!! Special thanks to server Karen who always goes above and beyond as well as the hostess Christina!!

  Honestly was extremely dissapointed. Never been to the hill location but figured we would try here tonight at the casino. Service was very slow and slacking even though it wasn't packed and the food the sad part is I ordered chicken parm and a salad wife got chicken Alfredo eat Italian all the time not only was it not good it was downright bad. It only gets 2 stars because their house dressing for salad is really good as well as the cheesebread but this one experience means we wont be back or visit the other one. Too expensive to be bad food and service

  We had a delicious experience! Our server Marty was exceptional. That warm bread and garlic olive oil dip I can still taste a day later.😋. My chicken Marsala hot and tasty. The only reason for 4 stars is the casino smoke is just to much. You can smell it in the restaurant and being non smokers it's the last thing I want to smell eating a wonderful meal at Charlie Gittos.
