Great location, atmosphere and food. However be warned- extremely few heavy. Prices significantly higher post covid and now charging fees for every little thing. My meal which was about $45 quickly jumped to almost $100 by the time I got hit with a large group fee (only 7 of us and posting stated 8 and up for large group fee). Also of course passed on the credit card charge and then had the nerve to list suggestions for a tip.
Nope you got your tip when you charged large group fee
Plus the server never refilled our drinks or checked on us until she was ready to give to collect payment - had they not charged these fees she would have come out way ahead

We love this place! We come every week or two because it’s reasonably priced, close to home, and the food and service are good. They are usually pretty quick with getting food and drinks to us as well.

If I could give the service no stars I would. We came in to enjoy my favorite place to eat and I ordered my usual American taquitos. When the food came the outside of them were over crispy, I took a bite of it in the inside was ice cold like it was just out of the refrigerator. I asked the server to take it back and have it made because I was not going to eat the whole chicken. They bring it back out 10 minutes later with the same plate in the same by taken out of my kiddo that I sent it on with. Told them that I didn’t want it, and they needed to completely remake it and wanted to speak to the manager, the manager came out and tried making excuses and saying that they just reheated it. I’m sorry you don’t do that. You can’t do that. You’re supposed to remake it and throw that order away. I can’t say that we will ever be back because this is getting ridiculous. The service has gone downhill over the last couple of years and we will start driving a farther distance to go to better Mexican restaurants.

I used to absolutely love this restaurant. I’ve been going since i was a kid, since before it was even called casa juarez. But the service and overall family atmosphere has declined significantly. I had a large party which i realize takes a while to set up. we waited for thirty minutes. the restaurant wasn’t even busy and they later told us the kitchen was backed up which is why we weren’t seated. i don’t understand why we couldn’t have been seated and at least given drinks. proper communication is a necessity when it comes to these things. however i also had an issue with the cleanliness of our silverware, the quality of our food, and the lack of attentiveness from the staff. After this being my family’s favorite restaurant for many years i unfortunately will not be coming back.

The worst restaurant I've ever been to. If I could give it zero stars, I would. They have the worst quality food, drinks, and service from the managers. The other day I went to dinner with a friend. We were served by a server named Nicolle, I think. She was very attentive to us the whole time. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. It seemed old and stored away; it wasn't fresh at all. We ordered quesadillas and tacos, and they were awful and overpriced. We also ordered two margaritas that seemed watered down and had no flavor. They replaced them twice, and they tasted just as bad. When we paid, we asked to speak to the manager. The first one came without apologizing. The first thing he said was how they could improve and that he would give us a discount since we hadn't eaten or drunk anything. He left, and after 10 minutes, another one came and said the same thing. We waited another 10 minutes and then left. They never came back and left us there. I don't know if the first one was the manager or which of the two, but neither of them resolved anything. Unfortunately, we couldn't leave any tips for the server, for its service. We were very angry and dissatisfied with how long the managers made us wait. Don't waste your time or money here, it's awful.
