    I sat in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes at 8:30 PM on a weekday night just to get a package of tots! I will not be stopping there again

    This is the by far the most annoying fast food restaurant to get food from. Even when you order on the app it takes absolutely forever. I understand there are busy rushes, but I have been coming here consistently for a year and it NEVER takes less than 10-15 minutes (and that is WITH order ahead on the app). Today was the last straw simply because I ordered my food and checked in and 22 minutes later, I’m still sitting and waiting even after pressing the button on the menu. I never want to be the person to bash a company when they’re short staffed but it truly seems like they should’ve just hired someone else at this point, it’s been MONTHS. Every time it’s the same “I’m sorry we’re behind on orders”, but there never seems to be anything done about it. Don’t come here unless you’ve got unlimited time to wait because you never know how long you’ll be stuck here. The food I got (and the pic I’m posting shows the time I ordered it, 8:15 I was handed the food 5 minutes before posting this, 8:39)

    Ordered through DoorDash. Ordered onion and jalepenos on my coney pretty sure I paid more for it to. Didn’t get the onions or the jalepenos :(
