Multiple stalls are broken, took five minutes after hitting the button to order for someone to answer, tap to pay and the card reader both broken at the stall.

Chicken bites were tough and not very hot. Burger and jalapeno bites were good. Wait time was longer considering we had preordered in the app to save time.

This sonic used to be one of the best. Now its one of the worst. Its apparent that Sonic only cares about paint jobs of the building and hiring teenage management that dont know how to run a business and not food quality or customer service. The food here is garbage and it will take at least 40 minutes to get your food on the slow times. I dont want to know what they would do if they actually got busy.

When going through your drive-thru either their headsets aren't working correctly or the speakers not picking up the information correctly because they always get my order wrong but the food is great.

I go to Sonic 3-4 times a day for their TEA. Best in town.
