I went into Pizza Hut in Marshall, Missouri as a Door Dash driver today 09/10/2026 at around 12 pm. The sweet cashier / waitress was absolutely above and beyond pleasant, kind and friendly!!! The experience picking up Door Dash order was such a WONDERFUL experience that I returned to Pizza Hut in Marshall, Missouri as a customer to eat at the buffet because, the staff was wonderful, the store was extremely clean, and the buffet had the best variety of pizza, breadsticks, cinnamon breadsticks, chicken penne pasta as well as a fresh salad complete with all the toppings!!! I can honestly say as a pizza connoisseur (my absolute favorite food is pizza and, specifically Pizza Hut pizza) the food was DELICIOUS, the staff was absolutely AWESOME complete with a clean store, restroom and parking area!!!! I just want to express how much I enjoyed dining at Pizza Hut in Marshall, Missouri!!! Definitely going to be a repeat customer!!!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful evening at Pizza Hut in Marshall, Missouri — my mother, my brother and his wife, my nieces, and myself all together for a meal we won't soon forget. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome. What truly set this visit apart was the level of service — the team took real time to walk us through every coupon option, every discount, and every topping combination with genuine patience and enthusiasm. In all my years eating at pizza restaurants across the country and internationally, I have never experienced that caliber of attentive, knowledgeable service at any pizza establishment. These employees clearly take pride in what they do. The food matched the service perfectly. My thin-crust three-meat pizza with mushrooms was loaded with toppings, cooked to a beautiful crisp, and bursting with flavor. My nieces devoured their cheese pizza — always the true test of a good pizza place. The honey barbecue boneless wings were outstanding — generous portions, perfectly sauced, and a hit with the whole table. The dining room itself is spotless, spacious, and comfortable — equally suited for a large family gathering or a quiet weeknight dinner. Marshall is fortunate to have a Pizza Hut location run this well by people who genuinely care about their customers' experience. We will absolutely be back, and I encourage anyone in the Marshall area to give this location
