  This is my 88 year old mother's favorite treat when we visit her. This location is open at 9:30 am which allows us to pick up the food and take it to her. That part is great, but what makes it even better is the lady who works the morning shift. We have been there enough times that she recognizes us and always wishes us a good safe trip. The order has always been fresh and correct. She is a great person with great customer skills and we appreciate her kindness. On behalf of Mom, "thank you so much."

  After a long wait we finally got our food just get home and unwrap the most soggy French drip I've ever gotten from any arby's, the vread was litterally just melted and gooey and one have was even missing have the bread and the sauce was basically just water. I've never been this disappointed over a damn sandwich but it was sloppy soggy goo and there's no excuse for that honestly

  I went through the drive through last night and got a roast beef sandwich with curly fries and a drink and when I got home to eat surprse!! There was nothing in between the buns nothing..so i had to get back out drive across town back to Arby's to get another roast beef sandwich..how does a cook wrap two empty buns together in the foil wrap and not notice there was no meat in them??? I kinda mentioned that I should have got a free one after that and simply got a (yeah I wished) answer..idk
