  Fries and other sides were not cooked all the way. The Classic Roast beef and cheddar sandwich is made with the zesty red ranch sauce! Explain to me why none of my orders were made correctly.

  I’ve had numerous bad experiences with this establishment in the Marshall location my previous experience, which is one of my most recent ones I found not one but two hairs in each of my sandwiches and then I give them another chance order two sandwiches make it simple plain and I go into the establishment and I watch the lady with no gloves, cough in her hand and then proceed to with the same hand, grab my sandwich and napkins and bag my items Now I tried to look past this even still I tried to have Grace, but as I walked back to my establishment and opened up my bag. I realized I only have one of the two sandwiches that I ordered that was my final straw.

  This is my 88 year old mother's favorite treat when we visit her. This location is open at 9:30 am which allows us to pick up the food and take it to her. That part is great, but what makes it even better is the lady who works the morning shift. We have been there enough times that she recognizes us and always wishes us a good safe trip. The order has always been fresh and correct. She is a great person with great customer skills and we appreciate her kindness. On behalf of Mom, "thank you so much."
