  A sticker? Are you serious?! I ordered to the stall I was parked in, to eat there, from the Sonic App. Not DoorDash/Uber Eats/Etc. The staff put a stupid sticker over straw hole, that is also impossible to remove. So I’m trying to get the unwelcome sticker off the lid that was NOT put on the cup correctly, and it popped off and spilled sticky soda all over the center counsel of my truck. I call inside with some urgency to get a new lid and a bunch of napkins to help soak it up and the kid keeps just says “huh??” until he finally comes outside, where I can finally explain what happened. All I get from him is “Whoops. Sorry.” I have absolutely given up on going to this location. It’s a prime corner location and yet it’s as if the franchise owner has flat out abandoned this place. Half of the stalls don’t have working ordering panels, or panels installed at all. The staff & service is regularly bad. The food, which I understand is fast food and not fine dining, is just slapped together and thrown in a bag. Then today happens…

  Chili cheese dog stacked one on top of the other and smushed, food came to me cold and soggy, I checked it on the app and they seemed completely oblivious 0 I ordered at the store and checked in immediately, still took almost 20 minutes to get my food. Mozzarella sticks came with no marinara

  Please just choose another Sonic close. Me and my friends ordered three drinks and sat here for twenty minutes waiting on them. The guy working was nice but the carhops walk like they aren’t busy, taking their time. Just don’t waste your time.

  All I wanted was Dr. Pepper float! They couldn’t even get that right. The male on the speaker was distracted and didn’t know how to take an order!
