  The lady at the drive-thru was very rude when she was unable to hear us over the intercom. We had to order at the window and still received incorrect food. Seemed very inconvenienced when we asked for a pickle on the side. Maybe she just hates pickles idk.

  WOW ! THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE !!! IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE, THEY ALWAYS MESS IT UP!!! I CANT BELIEVE THE OWNER TOLERATES OR IS UNAWARE OF THE ABSOLUTE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

  Unfortunately, I have to add to all these one star reviews. Every single time we have ordered delivery, something has been wrong. Don’t even try to request anything like cut in half, mayo packets, or even napkins. They’ll just laugh while ignoring it. We don’t normally order soda, but those were warm, watered down from the ice melting, and flat. The flavor of the sandwiches is usually pretty good, but the lack of concern for what’s actually ordered is insufferable. We’re done with ordering delivery from JJ.

  Look at all the bad reviews it is sad i payed 14.00 for a combo meal my sandwich had 1 piece of meat all bread and lettuce
