  I can see why they only have a three and a half star While I totally understand that the gentleman at the store was not responsible for the offer that was on the app. To act like I was a liar or trying to scam you when I clearly showed you that it was on the app, and I just created the offer as it was listed. And I also added a cookie, and it took it off for my reward points.And he called me a liar and told me that it wouldn't have allowed me to do that, even though I clearly showed him on the app.Where it did. And then only gave me half of my order, but still charged me the full amount is just hilarious plus the dollar, something I was charged on the original receipt.. I totally get if there was some sort of like app error or something?That's not really my fault.. And if he did not want to honor it, he could have just canceled the order.But according to the app, it stated that it was picked up. Not voided or canceled. That being said, I came in to show him my phone, and he just kept like putting his hand up in my face and telling me to hang on, hang on. I'm assuming that he was probably talking to someone in corporate about getting this deal.Removed or something?Because I guess he didn't want to honor it.Which again I understand But there's no reason to be rude.And he could have just canceled it completely.And just told me, they couldn't do it or whatever.Not made me out like I was some sort of thief or I was getting over on them And i'm guessing it was his wife that made my sandwich because they kept talking about me in between them, like I couldn't hear them.And wasn't standing right there It was just very awkward and very uncomfortable. And there's no reason to make a customer uncomfortable.When I clearly showed you on the app, the order and the offer. And I had the full receipt showing that it deducted my cookie also, which he did not give, which it's not the end of the world.I have cookies at home But I did not receive my points back. But whatever. This is why a lot more families are eating at home. And honestly, for such a small sub that barely had any toppings, a bag of chips, and a soda that cost them five cents.I don't think 7 50 is that bad of a deal it was only running for like three days?And they actually made eight fifty. 🤷‍♀️. But it is what it is. Thanks for the sandwich I guess.

  Can’t give you his or the other girls name. But there was two employees there when I walked in around 2ish, who was able to brighten my mood a bit, immediately after a really sucky situation (not due to jimmy John’s) and I just thank they deserve some appreciation and thanks. People like this is what makes a business that is constantly interacting with people one on one. Thank you guys. I wish I got your names. :)
