    Worst Sonic I've been to! Tots were ice cold and over cooked. Chili on the tots was cold as well the cheese wasn't even melted. Don't come here for food you will be disappointed some how. Waste of money so glad we didn't get food poisoning.

    Service was quick and our food was all hot and fresh. Keelan was very efficient and polite when taking the order and delivering.

    Stopped here wanting to get a soda and snack after a long day of doctors appointments with my elderly parents. The person taking my order must have been either distracted or not cared about their job, because they barely spoke during the interaction and left me waiting for more than 20 seconds without saying anything at the end of my order. It was only when I said “hello?“ did they ask if that was all I needed. And after all that, they only ended up getting my drink order and not the food. When the carhop came out with only the drink and I told him about the issue, he did not offer any solutions except for “well, I guess you could push the button and re-order…” Yeah, I could but I shouldn’t have to just because some employee is not paying attention. I’ve never had bad service here before, but this is very disappointing.

    Burgers looked like they had been on warmer for an hour, so cold the cheese was not melted. Macon fast food is a joke nobody has pride in doing things right.

    This has been our favorite Sonic to stop at when we make my Columbia trips. Usually our orders have been perfect except today. The order screens were not working which made us spectacle of even ordering because had to give our card to car hop to take inside for payment. This Sonic I have bragged on the quality of their cherry limeade. Today we had very little cherry juice, no cherry or lime in the bottom. Don't let quality fail when you have equipment failures or staffing problems.
