  A lot of companies are dealing with the economy not having access to penny’s for their customers to receive their proper change. A big establishment like McDonalds you would think they would implement something for their system like other major companies have like Casey’s, Dollar General, grocery stores, Walmart and so many more. So why did I lose out on getting my change back when I just paid cash at this location? I understand it’s just the penny part, but in my eyes I just lost change and a multi billion dollar establishment made extra revenue because of failure to have something implemented for this when we all knew it was coming. So with this happening to every cash paying customer, the penny’s add up in their favor.

  Given this location 3 or 4 chances now, but the quality is consistently lackluster. My latest burger was poorly topped and had the inedible white part of the lettuce on it. It’s clear the staff isn't being held to a high standard. Plenty of other places in town to spend money where they actually care about the food they serve

  Service is ok. Atmosphere sucks because dining room is dirty and the music was loud and obnoxious. Hard to enjoy food with bad music pumping in your ears. My biggest complaint was the food. My no salt fries were fresh and hot, but that was it. My cheeseburger and quarter pounder were lukewarm at best. Who wants a cold burger ? My advice is to hire new management because this team is going to run your business and reputation down the toilet.
