  Waited 20 minutes and when I asked why they said they were very busy 2 cars parked and one in drive through. I have worked for sonic and served over 30 cars in 20 minutes so I'm done I will never come back to this sonic. We ordered 2 burgers and onion rings

  They need to add some vending machines for chips and snacks out front because if they did I would definitely be buying some snacks 1000%

  Service had recently been getting better...and due to lack of food places to choose from...we were excited about that. However, we live outside of town and I ordered thru the app tonight. My husband picked up our food and they completely LEFT OUT our Chicken Wraps...thats $8 GONE if he doesnt drive back to get them...driving back also sucks when we're hungry and ready to eat. I MEAN....thats 4 items... kind of a lot to miss. 😳 And when you try to call their telephone number to calmly fix the issue...it doesnt even ring in. Just hangs up.
