  Service had recently been getting better...and due to lack of food places to choose from...we were excited about that. However, we live outside of town and I ordered thru the app tonight. My husband picked up our food and they completely LEFT OUT our Chicken Wraps...thats $8 GONE if he doesnt drive back to get them...driving back also sucks when we're hungry and ready to eat. I MEAN....thats 4 items... kind of a lot to miss. 😳 And when you try to call their telephone number to calmly fix the issue...it doesnt even ring in. Just hangs up.

  Online order - asked / paid for bacon… no bacon… asked for no pickles… came with pickles. It’s ok though… 1st world issue.

  Horrible service. Sonic's newest item is the smash burger; WHATEVER YOU WANT IT TO BE! So when I ask for a custom smash burger and y'all tell your customers NO!? You can't make the sandwich how they want. That's false advertising. Licking MO sonic is awful! New manager sucks! SALEM SONIC HAD NO PROBLEM 👌🏻

  They forgot part of our food and we live 12 miles out of town. Not happy. Daughter was there this morning, it took 30 minutes for her order and she was almost late for work.
