  The staff was extremely rude after waiting over 30 min line. After waiting 30 min I realized I ordered at the incorrect location. I politely told them I was placing it under the correct location, because the line was still not moving and I did not want to wait another 30 min. I took about 30 seconds to place my order at the right location. They then threatened to call the cops if I did not pull forward, to deny me service (there was nowhere to go), and then told me they wouldn't refund my money. The person saying all this said I can cancel through the app, so I attempted to do this. A different gentleman then proceeded to say, "You have 30 seconds to move before I call the police." I then told him I am trying to cancel my order. He then proceeded to say, "You can't and I refuse to refund you. And if you want someone higher up, there isn't. I am the highest you can go." I then laughed and pulled off. The employees working here might need some serious customer service training and how to treat a customer properly. It was the worst fast food experience I have ever seen.

  I never go to Taco Bell. decided to drive through and get two soft taco supremes and some cinnamon twists. Price was through the roof but I was cheerfully handed a bag and I drove off to the park to clean my car. Opened the bag to see two plain crunchy tacos and something with dog food type stuff in a burrito that was uneatable. somebody else got my yummy order....

  My unpleasant experience was due to the GM. After asking his name numerous times he finally told me"my name is Dillard like the store". I ordered the new chicken nuggets, attached you will see they were very small. He said that is the normal size. I previously worked at this taco bell, and that would be incorrect. When I asked him his name, he told me I'm the GM. I said, that's great, but what's your name? He knew that I wanted to report him and he did not want to provide it. He threatened to call the police on me because I didn't want to move out of the drive through until he provided it. For someone this far up the ladder at Taco Bell, it is highly inappropriate and the store needs a new GM.

  place is disgusting now. rude employees at all time, lobby is closed for no apparent reason all of the time, and food is old or wrong more than 90% of the time.

  Really kind staff! I had an issue where the app crashed but still pulled the money from my account. They helped me with getting my food without charging me again for it. I really appreciate them and plan to go back to this location due to the amazing staff.
