  Do not go to the sonic in Liberty on 291 unless you really enjoy being frustrated and angry!! I kid you not, every time I come here, I either have to wait an extended period of time for my order to come out, or they never give me napkins. They never give me ketchup or the food is so nuclear hot that you have to wait 10 minutes for it to cool off before you can eat it.. It's a bunch of young teenage kids that work here, and I don't even think they know what they're doing and I never see a manager around. Go to the other sSonic that sits on the Kansas City side of Liberty because the one that sits near the bowling alley and O'Reilly auto parts is absolutely awful. Not to mention there's so many times they tried to give me other people's orders, so I'm not sure what it is they're doing that they're getting the stall numbers confused, but it's absolutely ridiculous. Go to the other sonic across the bridge on 291 that's over by Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.

  Does Sonic make anything fresh?? I ordered a Hamburger...it was barely warm the Bun was as flat as a pancake...don't think it had ketchup on it...but the worse part was there was hardly any customers....I was the only one in line.... you'd would think they would appreciate a customer enough to spend some time on there order when they had it...that's called above an beyond...

  I pulled into the drive-through at this location on August 28 around 9 PM. The girl who was on the intercom at the drive-through could not understand anything that I was saying obviously didn’t know the menu continually asked me what and then I just said forget it and I drove off. I cannot believe you’re working the drive-through and you don’t even know your own menu. Don’t know the difference in the shakes and ask every single thing that was said what
