  Took the family there for my wife's birthday and will not be back. It was on a Wednesday before the evening rush so maybe 9 families were there eating. We waited well over 30 mins after our order was placed for our food. 2 other families were seated after us and got their meals way before us. I wasn't going to make a fuss about it but then we ate, my wife ordered a medium steak which was cooked well done. Meals were cold when they got to us, maybe it was just a one off deal but for the price it's definitely not worth it.

  Ordered online and when I arrived at the time my order was expected to be ready, it wasn’t ready. I sat at the bar in a mostly empty restaurant for about 15 minutes. When I got back to my hotel and cut into my steak it was rare and cold in the middle. I ordered a Medium cook on my steak. The broccoli was good and so was my salad.

  This was our first time at Saltgrass and our experience was amazing! Michelle was our waitress and she was a big part of why our experience was so great. She was so attentive, kind, and gave the best service I have received in a very long time. We will definitely be coming back!

  Went here for our two yr anniversary, first time ever and it was disappointing from the moment we walked in. Waited 10 min to be greated/seated, 10mins before being asked by anyone if we’d been helped yet, 20mins to place a food order, another tables appetizer was given to us then our correct appetizer, was given to us 1.5 hours until our food came to the table. It was a crazy but entertaining experience. With only a handful of tables actually having customers seated we were puzzled why it took so long for our food to come out. When it did we just laughed and said well they must be having an off day since they’re also out of every apparently because of Father’s Day…..but in the end I and my husband ended up with food poisoning….the atmosphere was great but definitely do not recommend this place unless you have 2.5 hours to kill and enjoy food poisoning.

  Great food, BUT... Reservations are not honored, don't bother! We'd been to Salt Grass a few times the past couple of years for special occasions, just the two of us and absolutely loved the food, service. & atmosphere. For Father's Day this year my husband wanted to bring the whole family to introduce them to one of his favorite places to eat. We knew we would have a large group, with a 6 month old baby, and at prime-time dinner time so I made reservations 2 days in advance. But, when we got there we were told "We are at a hold right now meaning we can't seat anyone else for awhile, then you have a few reservations waiting ahead of you, plus you'll need a larger table so it will be awhile". That "awhile" for us and all other reservations waiting ended up being an hour to 1.5 hours. Our reservation was for 5:30, we weren't seated until 6:40, got our meals at 7:15. Unbelievable. Then when we finally got our food it was just warm and turned cold by just a few bites in. I understand it was a Holiday, and popular for eating out but, Salt Grass as an established restaurant, should have foreseen from history the expected crowds, looked at their reservation list for the day and planned the seating accordingly.
