  Thanks to Bryan/Brian for being one of the most awesome examples of customer service! Had a pizza made and delivered by a dasher and it didn't come out the way I ordered, he did a remake and it was ten times better! Much appreciated Bryan, hope you get a promotion!

  I spent 48 dollars on a large stuffed crust pizza and some breadsticks. Not only was my pizza crust thin as ice, the breadsticks are terrible. For 10 dollars I could go to Olive Garden and get unlimited breadsticks instead of those cheap microwave sheet of breadsticks. And on top of that the marinara sauce is just pizza sauce or it just taste like 💩. Oh and the crust has no flavor

  I changed my 1 star review because they redeemed themselves this evening. À $75 order ready in less than 15 minutes. We got a large pan supreme, a personal pan cheese, 16 bone out buffalo medium wings, 8 bone out honey bbq wings. I had some points so we tried the cinnabon mini rolls too. Everything was hot and fresh.

  This was the worst food experience I’ve ever experienced from a Pizza Hut. The workers look like they don’t know anything about food safety and were not using gloves. When asked about it the worker said they washed hands. And then continued to touch their faces. They had people waiting in the restaurant for over an hour and started orders where the people weren’t even there. They completely ignored the people who were already there. Despite them claiming there was a rush there were in no hurry to make the pizzas any faster. They act like they have no idea and no communication on how to make the pizzas. They had four people in the kitchen. Please hire some new employees because this is ridiculous. The general manager was the slowest. I will not be coming back again.

  Normally i dont complain, but today I had a very frustrating experience. I ordered an Individual Pizzamelt, which I’ve ordered before and understood to come with two pieces. My receipt clearly says “Indiv Pizzamelt Mt Lover,” yet I received only a half melt. When I brought it up, the manager told me I was incorrect rather than addressing the issue. I’m disappointed, especially as a returning customer.
