  From app order coded as ASAP to delivery was an hour - for sandwich, chips and drink. Called the store after 30 minutes to inquiry and associate was rude and short with assistance.

  Super dismissive (girl at front desk (7:02 pm 4/20) she just dismissed me. And the two boys followed along. For about $30 it should not be misconstrued

  The sandwiches from Jimmy John's are some of my favorites but the customer service and interaction made me feel like I was bothering them. I said thank you, no response, asked everyone how their day was going, no response, etc.. I had to ask for a bag for my sub but they (the staff) were very personable with everyone before and after me. The only difference between me and them was my skin tone.

  The morning shift didn't make the bread we were told, so I had to go with a different bread, and I liked it better!
