- GLGary LangemachJul 2, 20261.0Watching the grandkids on 6/19/26 and they wanted cheese pizza. Ordered a medium cheese pizza at 5:56 pm for pick-up. The screen, when I ordered, said it would be ready at 6:13-6:17 pm. It takes a good 10 minutes to get there, so I left shortly after ordering and arrived about 6:10. Gave them my name & was told the pizza was in progress, so I sat down to wait. There were two people visible in the back of the store. One of them would take pizza's out of the oven and box them, while the other was taking orders on the phone. Maybe 5-8 minutes after getting there, a couple more people came out from the back somewhere and went to the front of the store and started making pizza's. I'm waiting & waiting. At almost 6:30, the lady in the back who was boxing pizzas asked my name (again). Then, she went to the front, had them make my pizza and told me when she put it in the oven that it would be ready in 6 minutes. Finally, at almost 6:40, i got my pizza. $17 for a cheese pizza that was almost 30 minutes late. My receipt says "Est Order Ready: 6:34 PM", when the order screen on my phone said 6:13-6:17. Meanwhile, the food I picked up for Gramdma and I on the way to Domino's sat out in the car and got cold while waiting for over-priced pizza. There was at least 5-10 minutes when I got there that no one was making pizza's at all. What's up with that?! Very poorly run store. Wish I'd seen the lousy reviews before I ordered. Passed up Nikki's Pizza and Pizza Hut on the way to Domino's. Never again. I'll never, ever, buy Domino's pizza again as long as I live.

I tried to call the store, but after dealing with the AI chatbot, I got an error message saying “your call cannot be completed due to network errors”, and then it hung up on me. I tried calling a few more times and kept getting the same errors. I won’t be ordering from this store again.

It left the store 35 minutes after our order time… now 45 minutes after leaving the store (now 80 minutes after original order time) still no pizza. If you don’t have delivery drivers don’t take delivery orders. For the record the store was called at 5:30 and they assured us the driver was nearby and our order would be delivered ASAP. We offered to come pick it up, but they couldn’t refund our delivery fee or tip. Never again.
