  This is by far the nastiest and filthy is Chipotle restaurant. I have ever seen in my life. I'm surprised that you're still in business. I love chipotle, but once i visited this location, my family and I took one look and turned around and walked out.

  Your restaurant was grossly dirty. All tables were nasty, your trash was so full there was nowhere to put it. Do better

  Place is never food ready when they open. Have to wait while they prepare everything. Skimpy on the meat. Music inside is way too loud. The other Chipotle is better and faster. No wonder they have a 2.5 rating.

  I definitely think the issue with this chipotle is the management. It’s a great location and has a drive through. We are going to start going back to Chouteau Ave because the other other Liberty location is not good either. We were so excited when we saw this one going in because we live here. You can tell they are cutting corners, the steak is straight gristle. There’s always new staff who you can tell just learned to roll a burrito so it’s not their fault. I don’t think this franchise owner knows how to run a business, it’s pretty hard to mess up a Chipotle in a city like Liberty because the clientele is definitely there. I have tried it 8-10 times FYI. Hoping the owner turns it around because I’d love to be a customer.

  Had an issue with the cashier. I had to repeat what I had gotten multiple times to him. I got one kid's meal and two drinks for my two toddlers. Instead of just ringing it up correctly, he questioned why I was getting two kids drinks (milks) and just one meal. In the kids meal I did not get a side because my child wanted chips. This cashier argued with me that I would need to pay extra for the chips. Because they are not a side item, after I was told by the person that prepared our food, that my child could get them as a side instead of rice. He then charged me for the bag of chips and gave attitude after not giving me the chips multiple times after coming back up to ask for them. Aside from the cashier, the remainder of the crew was professional and great to talk to. Clean environment aside from a spill that still hadn't been picked up yet at the table.
