  We order every Friday and use the deals portion, usually takes 20-25 mins, always hot, always delicious and the delivery people are ALWAYS polite, funny and professional! One even knows our kids names because they run out to grab the food. LOVE Pizza Hut !! Thin-n-crispy cheese & stuffed crust pan pepperoni are our go to’s, perfect every time!!

  One of your delivery drivers needs to slow down and be more cautious. They were driving super aggressively honking their horn and going 15+ over the speed limit in a neighborhood. I love my pizza as much as the next guy but risking injuring others for a speedy delivery might be too much.

  Listen… customer service like this is RARE nowadays. I was trying to place my order online and was having a hard time, so I called the store directly. The guy who answered the phone immediately took care of EVERYTHING with professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. From the second he answered, I could already tell he was a true people person. His energy was outstanding. Now let me say this.............. I am EXTREMELY picky about my pizza. I always ask for it well done golden brown , and at other locations they never seem to get it right. Most times I end up disappointed or having to take my pizza back. I explained that to him over the phone, and not only did he listen, he DELIVERED exactly what I asked for. When my husband went to pick up the order, I was still on the phone with him, and the same guy was just as phenomenal in person as he was over the phone. Friendly, charismatic, professional, respectful, and honestly one of the BEST examples of customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The entire interaction felt authentic, not forced. I literally told my husband Why can’t service be like this everywhere we go That’s how much this employee stood out. He made the experience smooth, welcoming, and memorable. Pizza was PERFECT, customer service was ELITE, and that employee deserves recognition because people like that are what keep customers coming back. Absolute top-tier service from beginning to end.   Pizza and breadsticks were still hot and drinks were cold. Thin and crispy crust actually cooked correctly! Finally! 😊
