  Rachel was a great server. She knew the menu, was very responsive, and was always there with a refill and a smile. We also really enjoyed the live music, the songs were perfect!

  We had a great time at lunch. Aubrey our server at the Lee's Summit location was wonderful! I was with my teenage daughter and we were in a hurry and Aubrey made sure to bring out our food with boxes in a timely manner. She also brought out a to-go iced tea which was much appreciated.

  We had a fantastic experience at Houlihan’s! Our server, Ireland, was wonderful, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience. The manager, Abigail, was exceptional and went above and beyond. Both of them made our visit memorable. Excellent service all around, and we will definitely be back

  We had so many problems with the kitchen. Our mushrooms were burnt and then our stuffed chicken was raw. They replaced my meal with a cheeseburger that also came out wrong. The GM apologized and removed my original meal from the bill but then charged me for the “replaced “ cheeseburger? The saving grace of our visit was our server Ireland! She was so kind and handled all of our problems with such professionalism and again was just fabulous! We did the potstickers, cheeseburger and crème brûlée for the first time due to her recommendations. She definitely saved the visit!!!

  I went to this location last Sunday and had a great solo experience! I went on a solo date after a horrible day and my server Kyra made my entire night! The food was delicious I got the fish and chips and wow amazing!! Although the food was great and delicious the service is really what made my night. Kyra was so attentive and caring and although I went into this solo date heavy hearted I left with a smile on a face and new perspective on life. Thank you houlihans and thank you Kyra!!!
