  I’m looking forward to the day that there is an UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT banner flying over this location. The drive thru is super tempting but this is a poorly managed location. They have frequent meltdowns, and our orders are always inaccurate. We only visit this location when in a rush and have learned after frequent disappointments to check our orders but sometimes life’s too hectic and we hope for the best and get the worst. I’d love to rag on the lowly employees but at the end of the day, it’s a leadership problem. Manage your store and motivate your people to bring their best. Or don’t. In this economy there are plenty of folks looking for career advancement.

  Chipotle can vary widely location to location, but this one always does right. Their flavor is always on point and their bowls are always full. I would definitely recommend ordering in advance since they're usually busy, but the wait is pretty worth it.

  They are always out of something but you can still order it on the mobile app. I ordered a watermelon limeade but the employee said they were out. When I asked for a refund they told me they can’t do that and I could do it on the app. I’ve tried contacting their customer service line. Worst. Experience. Ever. When I finally got in contact with a person they ended the online chat without refunding me or anything. I’m so done with chipotle and especially this location.

  Just TERRIBLE need better management they close at 11 its 9:57 they already have the doors locked.. and wont open them. And just stare at u . Actually ridiculous

  This place used to be great but the last 3 times the restaurant is unkept, the staff are not following proper food safety measures. I watched as they brushed rice from the dirty prep back into serving tray then drop an entire stack of lids into the rice and continue to serve from it all while picking up off the floor and not changing gloves at all. The prep table is a complete disaster area and the dining room needs to be cleaned up. Will not be back to this location and will be going across town now. Corporate needs to step in and take control of this store asap. Training and restaffing is a MUST.
