  Online order. I watched 30 people get there orders before I got mine 20 mins after it was due to be done... I was asked my name 4 times and was told it was being bagged up 4 times and was told oh yeah they're bagging it up. When I finally asked for a refund they handed me my single bowl.... Minus my side items!?! I said the hell with it probably taken them another 30 mins to get it to me!?

  Every order for the past month I’ve gotten pork with my Chicken order. For the love of everything that’s holy please stop this.

  Anyone remember Chipotle from 2011? It’s dead. Let it go. I put in an order online and one of the burritos was supposed to have extra rice; it’s printed on the label of the burrito. The burrito in question has noticeably less rice than normal and they didn’t put a side of rice in to one of the kids meals at all. Why they’re skimping on the cheapest part of the meal I have no idea but I would recommend avoiding this location. When businesses clearly cut corners when no one is looking (ie an online order) I cut off my business and I would highly recommend others do the same.

  Management probably doesn’t know that their workers are charging more than half price for their friends while others have to pay full price. I’m not sure how two bowls and two drinks only cost $12 but I would love that discount next time. this happened at 10:15pm on April 29.

  Ok, I never leave bad reviews but I think management needs to be aware this location is really struggling. I’ve been coming to this location for about 2 years and staffing here just seems to keep struggling more and more. Everything from food quality/ consistency has been affected. Tonight was the straw the broke the camels back when my wife’s burrito had a long hair in it. I will be taking a break from this location.
