- TBThad BellJul 21, 20261.0We used to eat Chipotle frequently. Ordering it and picking it up has never been very good in my experience but this location has led me to stop going altogether. It has been months since picking something up because of previous issues. My family member picked it up and did not double check everything was in there before coming home. I took the food back and requested a refund. I was told they can not do refunds and I would have to call a number. I left my food there since I did not want it at that point. The call in number was of course AI but did get me to a human fairly quickly. They told me they could authorize a free drink as compensation. I explained I did not have my food so a drink was not fair compensation. Eventually they escalated and received permission to cancel a portion of the charge to the card. It has been a consistent history of bad orders at this location.

Every time I order from ANY chipotle location it’s always so sub par, the guac never has any seasoning it’s just half mashed avocado. I quit ordering for myself and only get food for my kids…except for these past two times!! Did yall get a new team lead, manager or staff? Because the guac is seasoned, actually mashed and good, the chicken doesn’t have tons of gristle. Whatever yall are doing keep it up, please!
