  This store is a bad image for Chipotle! We love Chipotle & have been to their Blue Springs & Lees Summit Oldham locations which both are always helpful & friendly but this location on Chipman in the Summit Woods center needs attention! The sign on the door said they open at 10:45am. The mgr didnot open doors until 10:50 am I waited with others at the door for 5 mins even though we could see the employees inside. When mgr opened the door you would of thought she would of greeted all of her customers with a friendly hello or welcome to Chipolte, or at least a smile. But no she looked angry. Same lady mgr was taking everyones order & never had a smile just frowning. To me after reading other reviews of this location I can see why they were not good. If the manager sets this impression/example then I can see why this location has problems. I suggest new mgemt! I do have to say the lady who was the cashier was very friendly, smiled & said Thank you & have a nice day! Maybe she could train the mgr on customer service! Thank you. Food is excellent.

  The door to the patio was locked from the inside and out. Which is illegal in Missouri. The napkins were empty, the Coke Zero syrup was empty, and the place could have been cleaner. Customer service could have been better. The food was better than other chipotles in the area though.

  This location floor sticky both timrs been here. Staff unfriendly. All meat options bin almost empty 30 minutes after opening? Meat options all looked dried out and old and not very hot. Think I will keep going to other location. This location No handycap parking in lot with huge pot holes and missing pavement.

  Had to ask for a little more of everything, Barely was given meat for my bowl, Workers didn’t have a welcoming attitude .
