- MPmatthew paschangMay 1, 20261.0Wow chipolte has really dropped off. I would give them a zero if possible. Last night I literally walked away from my made burrito about 9pm, first time ever. First of all there were like 6-7 people working behind the counter, but only 1 was working the actual line. The girl taking money was on her phone talking with another two staff. One girl was cleaning up the leftovers and dumping them in the bucket the guy that was making my burrito was grabbing from, gross. There were like 10 patrons deep while all this was going on. No structure whatso ever. Then the final straw was the girl cleaning up all the empty pans jumped back on the line, grabbed my burrito and proceeded to use her dirty gloves to put my cheese on. BARF!!! Like I did not just watch you clean a bunch of stuff and not put clean gloves on. NEVER GOING TO CHIPOLTE EVER AGAIN!!!! Absolutely disgusting service.
