  Drive thru is a little slower than the other Lee's Summit MO location. However, they just opened, so that's no biggie for me. Food is fresh as always. Staff is friendly and they have a PLAY area! Not as big as expected, but still something. Thank you! 👏🏻

  I was disappointed with my waffle crumbs. And when my son and I walked in, there were at least 4 sets of people eating in their car and we were wondering why?? Got inside to find not very much seating, but luckily, some were just leaving, so we could sit down. This was 1:30pm on a Saturday.

  The young lady who brought out my food was very friendly as well as professional. My food was good. I asked for no ice in my drink and it was more ice than drink. I did fill out a survey online and they extended me a drink credit.

  Reading the reviews I was a little skeptical about trying this new location. It does need some work, the girl that was taking orders was having problems at the register and nobody was helping her. This is not like Chick-fil-A and how the training process goes. I will go back because I know it is new. Please get The Kinks worked out.

  This chick fil a is the worse ive ever went to the employees are not atentive at all its like they dont care ! The cashier that helped us, CALI was not professional at all , i never have an issue with my go to order but today what i ORDERED was nothing what i got. What a waste of time next time ill just make my trip to blue pkwy even though its a little farther but i know at least ill get what I request and right!
