Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Don't go to this Whataburger when the night shift is there. The girl that manages the night shift is very rude and short-tempered. She will be rude to you when taking your order. It has happened to me three times now. This time they messed up my order after spilling a drink on me and my car. When I ask about the missing fries she started fussing at me about them being tired and then shut the window on me while I was talking. She is clearly being worked too hard and cannot handle the responsibility of management.
Update: Got home and they made my burger wrong as well.

Dine-in experience is great. Food is always hot and fresh, and the staff is wonderful (they even remember my order sometimes).
I recommend the Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger or the Avacodo Bacon Burger.
