  We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, and no one took our order. Multiple of cars behind us in line gave up as well and went around us. We eventually gave up and went home. There was apparently only one person working there, during the lunch rush, on a Saturday. Absolutely inexcusable. And as a side note, most of the stalls don't actually work. The displays are turned off and the red order button does nothing.

  Honestly close this location. It is frequently understaffed, wait times are inexcusable for a fast food location and the store is frequently closed during posted hours of operation with no change in the app meaning orders sit in limbo unless called sonic support to resolve.

  Management seriously needs to oversee employees, first shamrock shake my child orderd the girl delivered a white, all ice mixture absolutely no flavor or color was added at all, delivery girl said she didn't make it, someone else was too lazy to mix it correctly..I asked for a correct one along with my strawberry lemonade that was supposed to be lite ice..what I went home with was an odd color..I tried a sip clearly it was water with strawberry absolutely no lemonade, I dumped it out in the sink and glad I did because there was a burnt piece of hamburger the size of a quarter in the cup..I get working fast food might suck and I'm sure things get forgotten sometimes but that felt very intentional and neglectful to revive such awful service. I tried calling the location repeatedly with no answer. I went back in person for a full refund and the other girl in the building wouldn't even look or acknowledge me..do not recommend this location!

  Shouldn’t take 20 minutes for 3 small drinks. Should have known better than go to this location. It’s awful.

  Had to use bathroom and it needed major work, rust, paint peeling, and the area around the outside of the place needs major upkeep, if wasn't for GPS I would have never found it
