  My wife waited over 40 minutes after paying on the app. No food came out and employees weren’t taking drive through orders at all as she waited more than 10 minutes in the drive through. At this point close this location if the employees would rather just talk and ignore customers. Completely unacceptable. 9/18/26 1:30PM Now I get to dispute the charge with my bank. Thanks.

  Owner is too cheap to get more employees. Go here if you want to wait 30 minutes. Horrible.

  The smashburger I ordered with no pickle not only had pickles all over it but it was an old burger that tasted horrible you could tell the burger was sitting I know what a fresh burger verses a burger that had been previously just sitting out tastes like.....just posting this for my peace because I do not trust getting any other food for my family at this location EVER.

  Ordered on the app, 4 meals with slushies. Upon arrival we were told the slushy machine was broken and they were unable to refund the additional pricing for the slushies with added Nerds candy and instead served us sprite sodas with flavors (definitely not the same). Then we get home and notice we were missing an order of large tater tots (paid extra), all of the food was like warm, the burgers had clearly been sitting on the cool side of the grill for a while they were Luke warm, dry, and rubbery. Absolutely terrible and sad. This was my first job 20 years ago.
