  This sonic has to be one of the worst sonics I have ever encountered. They are always slow when I order food which I do through the app so I give them time to make it. I was told tonight when I pulled into the stall that they are drive thru only. This is so ridiculous.

  Husband placed an order on the Sonic App, got there at 7:20 am for pick up and told they don’t open until 8 am. He will have to come back later? It’s just drinks, turn around and make his drink. Google shows they are open.

  This is the worst sonic I have ever been to. Ordered ahead and show up doors are locked and employees on the inside just stare at you standing outside. I paid for my lunch and I expect to get it. That is ridiculous.

  Skeleton crew is all this manager and owner knows. Chronically understaffed. Disappointing as usual

  I ordered the "Original SONIC Smasher Combo" with tots, a vanilla shake & Reese's cups. I selected no lettuce or pickles due to the recent severe health risk in lettuce. I was prompted to select 6 sauces that come with the meal, so I did. What I received was a RANDOM normal hamburger with lettuce & pickles so it's inedible due to the lettuce health risk. The ice cream was "unavailable" and no, I was not allowed to have a refund on paying extra for the shake and it's toppings. The tots came in a small bag, in a small portion. No sauces. All cold. No mints. 100% of the order was ruined. I got no refund. Not ordering again.
