  El servicio orible no saben tratar al cliente y juegan con el tiempo de uno ya q te dicen varias veces q se tardarán 12 minutos pero alfinal esperas una hora no los recomiendo es una pena q trabajen de esa manera. The service is terrible—they don't know how to treat customers and they play with your time, since they tell you several times that it will take 12 minutes, but in the end you end up waiting an hour. I don't recommend them; it's a shame they operate that way.

  Ordered four pizzas from the Pappa John’s Pizza in Lees Summit (Leman’s lane) at 12:30 p.m. and when I checked the website the pizzas were done at 1:11 p.m. and being delivered by Door Dash (Britt). When the pizzas had not been delivered by 1:40, I tried to call and text Britt with no answer. I called the store and was advised by the manager that they should have been delivered “a long time ago”, and that they use Door Dash because they don’t have day time delivery people at the store. NOT!! At 1:50 pm, I happened to look outside and observed the pizzas laying on the ground outside my door with ants crawling on the boxes. NO knock at the door or door bell ring, NO text advising they had been delivered, nothing. Pizzas were not even hot. Threw one pizza away because it had an ant on the inside, ate the other three cold pizzas because we had a small party and couldn’t wait any longer. Papa John’s has hit the bottom of the barrel. Next time we will just pick them up somewhere.

  Ordered pickup, was given a 10 minute window for pickup about 45 mins after the order, got there 3 minutes after that window to find that they hadn't even started making it. This location is awful. Food wasn't ready for 25 mins after it was supposed to be.

  Ordered take out online. They gave my order to someone else and then remade the same order that wasn't mine to begin with. Highly frustrated.
