- MAMark AJun 12, 20261.0I recently moved near this location from over off of 291 in Lees Summit. That location was always clean, courteous and fast. This location is kind of the opposite. The employees are not as professional our courteous and they are understaffed. When I walked in today the store literally smelled like dog poop. I looked around and didn't see anthing on the floor. It was bizarre. I waited about 5 minutes for anyone to even come to the register to take my order. When she did, she had an attitude and there was no apology for my wait. I waited about another 10 minutes to get my sandwich. There were 3 people running the entire operation on a Friday at lunch so it was just an overall bad experience.

If you have a good experience at a business you tell one person... If you had a bad experience at a business you tell 100 people. Looks like I'll be busy for a while!!!

Inconsistent delivery hours. I'll forget why I don't like this location after a month or two, go back, and immediately remember when I unwrap my thin cut in half (without asking!!!) and barely filled sandwich.
