  Jacob helped me out after I completely messed up the order I was trying to place. He was nice and efficient. Definitely needs a raise!

  The sandwich was missing all intended components and contained only two slices of turkey and two slices of cheese. There were no vegetables included (asked for lettuce, pickle, fried onion and tomato and DID NOT order the cucumber). When I contacted the restaurant, they stated they were unable to address the issue, and the customer service line mentioned that it is an issue with the individual franchise, which either cannot or will not offer assistance.

  Speedy is nice but accuracy is best. Ordered 2 sandwiches and only 1 is correct. Ordered 1 sandwich without tomatoes, well it had tomatoes on it. Don’t order anything special and they will get it right, order something special and they will get it wrong. Very frustrating.

  Didn't see the pick up display and stood there for a few minutes while the two people who saw me- one ran straight to the back after mopping and it was so wet it seems he didn't ring out the mop first, the other continued to ignore me scraping his pans. Finally was helped and was told 'its over there'. Professional. Not. Got the beach club, havent been here in years, it was not the best. Meat was super salty all the veggies seemed slimy and limp and squishy. Bread was burnt but I did get it toasted but idk if it should have been that dark. Will not be coming here again I'd rather have subway.

  The last two times they have been so fast they forgot to actually make a good sandwich. Normally I don’t complain about places and give them a chance but twice now my sandwich has been really upsetting… this is a sad sad sandwich… especially when you spend $ on it
