  I'm done. I tried 3 times I will never try again. 1st time thru forgot half my stuff and I didn't realize until too late. 2 time I got the notification my stuff was done and it wasn't started and I spent literally 45 minutes in line with my order sitting half done while they skipped me for in house orders. This time there is stuff on the bowl I didn't order like rice and feta and it's genuinely 2 cups of volume. The bowl is 1/4 full and I ordered multiple vegetables. The lentils are hard . I give up never again

  The general manager, Chris, who is an older lady has a very passive-aggressive attitude. On my last visit, she literally gave me only six pieces of chicken. When I asked for a normal serving, instead of correcting it, she added far more chicken than was necessary and charged me an extra $4. It feels like customers are being given unusually small portions and then charged extra simply for asking for what should be a standard serving. This is not my first negative experience with Chris at the Lee’s Summit location, and I will be reporting my experiences to corporate. I genuinely love CAVA, but whenever I see Chris working the counter, I find myself questioning whether I should turn around and go to another location instead.

  Went in there last night, service was slow even tho they had about 4 employees besides the chef…only two working on peoples order…so we were in line for a while. Then the tables and bench we sat on were dirty and sticky, even my kids were grossed out about it, we moved tables only to find them all dirty. Should definitely work on cleanliness, no one can fully enjoy a meal when the tables and chairs are filthy. Also they need keep up with stocking utensils…

  As much as I love the food, the service at this place sucks. Every time I go in the tables are not wiped and covered in dried food and this time one napkin dispenser was empty and the other was so full you couldn’t pull a napkin out without ripping it! And when I ordered there the first woman who started my order was nice helpful and pleasant but then she handed my bowl to the next guy who was rather dismissive of me and my dad but also was on the phone with people on speaker with his phone sitting by the register and I could see he was on FaceTime. I had to point to my dad to get him to finish my dad’s order. And when my dad who has never been here had questions and asked for recommendations and after a few times of my dad asking for recommendations because this guy was hardly listening to us he threw a few recommendations at us. And after I told him we were dining in he still asked if it was for to go. And I had to tell him three times we wanted two small drinks. Overall this specific location is only good if you order ahead and take it out because the management clearly does not keep their employees up to good standards

  8:15pm July 6 two girls working in front have terrible attitudes, they genuinely made us wait forever and one girl was giving the nastiest looks. Making everything complicated. Don’t get it at all, cause the lady in front of us they let her take like 15 minutes being extra special, they were plenty patient enough with her. The customer service at this location is not good, the service/treatment by her was really not okay and we didn’t even complain about waiting. The other one wasn’t real nice or in any hurry to help either. She just came up and told us to wait longer. The third one down the line at the register was professional and nice at least. Idk why most of their workers are like this here at this location. They also had no chips ready at all.. I love the food but most of the time it’s complicated to get what you want with their attitudes
