My wife and I arrived a few minutes prior to opening on May 15th. Upon being sat at a booth near the bar area we caught the bar tender giving us a disgusted look and shaking her head… sorry to inconvenience the staff with being the first customers of the day. We left and are currently dining at Longhorn just around the corner, excellent service here!

We went for the bottomless apps and you can tell they take their sweet time bringing things out to you so that you will end up leaving before you actually get bottomless anything. The Pepsi was good and the price is good. My daughter enjoyed her kids meal

I've had the best servers... it's my every Tuesday eating spot. Unlimited appetizers are delicious and my wings were good.

I’m a regular at Buffalo Wild Wings, but this past Friday was honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had there. We were initially told there would be a 30-minute wait, even though half the restaurant was empty. Later we found out it was due to being short staffed and needing to wait between seating guests, which I can understand—but it would’ve been nice if that was communicated upfront. Once seated, service was slow (again, understandable given staffing), but things went downhill with our food. I ordered my usual potato wedges with shredded cheddar jack cheese, and they came out with a slice of cheddar instead. When I mentioned it, our server said she had entered cheddar. I clarified what I meant and she offered to remake them, but seemed hesitant, so I initially let it go. After taking a few bites, I realized there was melted plastic from the cheese wrapper stuck to the wedges. At that point, I let her know. I again clearly specified shredded cheddar jack cheese. A few minutes later, she came back saying her manager told her they don’t have that cheese—even though we order it every week. After more back and forth and about a 15-minute wait, I finally got the correct wedges, but by then my wings were cold. What made this worse is that the original plate of wedges—with the melted plastic—was never removed from our table and just sat there the entire time. What was most disappointing is that a manager never came by to address any of this. I completely understand being short staffed, but something like this—especially involving food safety—should have been acknowledged. At the very least, the wedges could have been comped, but nothing was offered. To top it off, when we got the bill, it was incorrectly rung up at $59 instead of $32. The server had to go back to fix it, which took another 10–15 minutes, and still no manager came out. My card was charged again for the correct total. Lastly, when we tried to upload our receipt to the app for rewards points, it said the receipt was invalid. Overall, I understand staffing issues happen, but the lack of communication, food safety concern, and absence of any management involvement made this a really disappointing visit’m a regular at Buffalo Wild Wings, but this past Friday was honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had there.
