  The food is nothing short of amazing. Everything is house made. The chicken Alfredo is so rich and creamy. Highly recommend coming here. My husband and I will be back. The owner Randy is so personable, the wait staff is so kind, Sam was on top of everything. Would gladly drive the hour distance to eat at this wonderful establishment.

  Hands down some of the best food I've had in a long time. Super friendly and wonderful all the way around. I almost feel at home here. All home made i will be back with more company to come even from 2hrs out.sam our server was amazing and Randy the owner is friendly and welcoming. Can't wait till next time!

  The food is very good and so is the service. It pains me a little to write this review but I'm super disappointed of how much money I spent on a calzone and a kids spaghetti. I chose three different toppings for my calzone and was disappointed to find that they were in there but along with sausage and ham. I ordered the kids spaghetti and two extra meatballs in my bill was $45 that's absolutely ridiculous

  The service was excellent and it is a nice family style atmosphere. However, my chicken marsala was absolutely awful. It tasted like they used the brown gravy packet from the grocery store. I can’t eat regular pasta and the upcharge to substitute vegetables was $6! Salad was very mediocre, really just lettuce. Portions are huge but quality low.

  Here's the cliff notes version review: I've been to this restaurant about three times now, and it's been a terrific experience every time. The food is great (I even finish my salad and I'm NOT a salad guy), the prices are reasonable, but what really impressed me each time was the service. Constantly attentive to my needs as a diner but not overbearing and just genuinely friendly would be the best descriptors. It's definitely worth your time to try at least once if you're in the area. Here's a slightly longer review about my last visit, if you're interested: I entered the restaurant and although my server, Dibi, was busy helping other customers he addressed me, told me to choose a table and he'd be right with me. I appreciated this immediately because other restaurants I go to don't really give you much choice in this and just pack as many people together in a small area for the convenience of their wait staff and I'm somewhat reclusive by nature so it's less appealing to me. I choose a table in the most secluded corner of the restaurant I can find and after a short wait Dibi made good on his word and brought me a menu with a smile and ended almost every sentence with 'sir', showing a level of politeness I'm not quite accustomed to nowadays. I ordered the baked tortellini, a new venture for me personally, and enjoyed the provided salad and garlic rolls. The pasta arrives after a reasonable wait and is delicious, my only regret so far is that I ate all my garlic rolls already so I have nothing to dip in the extra marinara on the plate but shortly after having that thought another server comes by to ask if I would want some additional rolls so problem solved. I arrived right before additional staff showed up for the dinner rush and was able to hear Dibi through the wall, making sure everyone was familiar with the special and knew how to make a salad, which kind of tipped me off that he was the manager, and also impressed me with how thoroughly he cared about the training of his staff. I was able to enjoy my meal and pay in short order, leaving a very satisfied customer. Now finally, if you're still reading, here's a personal note about why I took to time to write out this book of a review: My Mom has been in the hospital for the past week, she's older and took a fall so getting her healthy and into a short term rehab facility has been...a process. I've been able to eat at some of the dining establishments out the Lee's Summit because of the proximity to the hospital and I remembered Bella's that day so I visited on my way back from being at the hospital after a somewhat challenging day. I was just looking for good food but ended up finding something much more important: A quiet place to catch my breath and let the stress of that day melt off of me. Good food is of course a natural comfort but the warmness of Dibi and the other wait staff really made the greatest of differences to me in that moment. Again I am a recluse and an introvert by nature, but I wanted to make sure to thank Dibi personally, so the next time he checked on me I explained the situation of my day to him and tried my best to express how much I truly appreciated his kindness. He thanked me for my thoughts and patronage, shared some of his thoughts on faith and as I was leaving later on, wished me and my Mom the best. With the way our world is today, it's hard to find genuinely positive human connections in a place of business, even in restaurants. Lots of places talk about good service but most of them treat you as little more than just a wallet, expecting you to pay for subpar food and service. Not here, not at Bella's. The type of service that Dibi and the wait staff showed is the kind that earn you lifelong patrons and I would strongly suggest to the owner to keep this outstanding gentleman at this establishment for as long as you can, he's doing an amazing job of managing and promoting your restaurant. I don't live in Lee's Summit, but if I have business even remotely nearby in the future and I'm hungry, I know where to go first now.
