  This has to be the worst service I have ever had. I sat in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes waiting on the individual to actually take my order. Got to the window. Seen all of the employees standing around chatting. Finally got my food. No napkin and they neglected to give me my drink and I had to wave my arms trying to get someone's attention.

  The lady that took our order was absolutely rude! She tried to hurry us along in the drive through, then went to get our food and they completely forgot my order, my husband had to ask for my drink, then had to ask where my food was, and they didn’t even make the order correct, and the food was cold. Horrible customer service, horrible food! Won’t return EVER!

  I've had no issues with this location however I find the deadpan cookie cutter replies from corporate rather condescending. Hey arbys you do know that you can't click on links that are left in a reply on here right?
