  Always check your drive through order for condiments. Went here twice in a week, weekday lunch shift both times. Specifically asked for ranch dressing. Saw ranch dressing (2) on my receipt. Received ZERO ranch dressing. Second time, I complained to the person working the drive through window and their excuse was that they aren't the one putting the order in the bag. I can't help but feel this is deliberate laziness or serious penny pinching at this place.

  Ordered and paid online. Showed up and they were out of Arby's sauce. Asked for a refund, and was told I would get one in a few days by a Flynn Restaurants representative. Week later, no refund. Had to file a dispute with my bank. Won't return

  Would only give 1 packet of arbys sauce per sandwich. Wouldn't even allow me to purchase extra. So I just canceled my order. Their Arby's sauce is the only reason I eat there. Will not be back as long as this is their policy. Drive thru girl was really apologetic.

  I got a Reuben but it was the worst Ruben I've ever tasted very if any at all sauerkraut on it I could never taste any sauerkraut and they're just like very very little maybe a teaspoon the dressing was very skimpy about the only thing on it was the corned beef and cheese and that was it otherwise it was a dry nasty sandwich 14.00 dollars wasted
