  Edit: Went back to have them correct this, and they still messed it up. Both sandwiches got cheese. Still forgot bacon on one. Ordered 2 chicken bacon swiss, 6pc mozzarella stick and a ham slider. waited 10min in line for my food. Got home and the sandwiches had no bacon or swiss on them. Just chicken, honey mustard and lettuce. Ham slider was refrigerator cold. Mozzarella sticks were fresh though. Overall annoyed with this visit.

  Ordered through the drive through and was asked to wait, no issues as I understand it gets busy except this was quite literally only one car in front of me. Ordered without issue, when I received my order they had forgotten my mozzarella sticks and the person working the window tried to argue with me that they were in the bag. Once he accepted that I wasn't lying and I received the rest of my order I drove away only to notice that I was not given any napkins in my bag. When I get home and go to eat my dinner my chicken, bacon and Swiss sandwich was cold to the touch. Cheese not even the slightest but melted and the chicken was extremely tough and overcooked. A very subpar experience from, what is usually, one of my favorite places to get a quick meal from.

  The food at this location always tastes terrible. Go to a different store and order the same thing, no problem. This Arby’s specifically is awful. Plus a dude in a skirt works in the kitchen. Gross.

  Sometimes there is a wait, but the hot food makes it worth it. Jersey does a great job!
