    Long line, drive through person irritated I was talking to fast, forgot my fries and one snack wrap had a chicken tender so old is was basically calcified 😂 oh but the fries I had to drive back for were fresh along with the 1 out of 2 snack wraps. I love arbys but this was honestly irritating

    You need mustard packets. Just plain Ole yellow mustard. Other than that, they did great.

    Closed early and wouldn't serve. That's called laziness if I've ever heard about it. People just sitting around inside doing nothing

    Let me just start out saying I LOVE me some Arby's!! I get the French dip and Swiss everytime no matter what Arby's I eat at. And whom ever keeps writing back to these reviews must need a swift kick.. got a 2 dollar discount for waiting 20 something mins for them to get the computer started back up meanwhile the elderly lady working in the back picking food up off the floor never changed gloves or washed her hands manager running around with her head cut off and the girl at the front trying to run her fingers through her Madded hair never washed her hands. Hell went to the back grabbed up fries and started putting them in bags no gloves nothing.. I mean idk about anyone else but I sure dont want ppl playing with their hair or picking food off the floor Noone washed hands put gloves on or even change them 🤔 food was wadded up in a ball my sliders had way to much sauce I mean come on if you dont like your job go home.

    Pulled up to LS one on 150 at 515pm on a Thurs. Waited 15 mo. Im drive up w/ 2 cars ahead of me. Was asked to wait to place order. Waited. After 5 more min asked if she was there. She said yes. Tried to order a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Was told they were out of chicken. People in car behind me left. I left. Do better! UPDATE-Its 1 wk later. Still no Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich option! I was told by the attendant there are quality issues with the Supplier but they are now getting the chicken tomorrow. Sounds odd to me! If there are quality issues, did you change suppliers I hope? Should you put a sign on your driveup menu that your out?!
