  I come here often, and I always ask for light ice, but I never receive light ice. I also tip Everytime. I am disappointed that I pay for a large drink and ask for light ice, and pay a tip assuming good service, and this is what I get Everytime. I really enjoy their drinks, but I wish I was getting what I ask for. I drank this before I was even 5 minutes away from 7 brew.

  They're always friendly, nice and accommodating at 7 Brew. The drinks are a great value too, which makes it a slam dunk.

  I’m a regular customer and usually have great experiences at Seven Brew, which is why this stood out. Today I ordered a drink with an extra espresso shot, paid for it, but my order was entered incorrectly. When I came back to fix it, Kylee’s attitude felt dismissive and unpleasant rather than helpful. What was most concerning was the customer before me, who appeared to look more similar to her than I do, received a warm and friendly interaction, while I was met with irritation. The difference in treatment was noticeable and uncomfortable. The rest of the team is always awesome, kind, and welcoming. I hope management addresses this and reinforces respectful, consistent customer service for everyone.

  I got a large fire cracker energy with passion fruit added in and it was filled to the very top with ice their was barely any drink in it I paid 8 dollars for it so I was very disappointed with the lack of drink in it. My child pays for her drink with her allowance and felt regretful by her purchase. We set the drink aside and let the ice melt, and this is how much ice within one large cup.
