  Coming to this location is a 50/50 experience. I get the same thing every time and sometimes it good, sometimes it's terrible. The staff is always super friendly but they are definitely understaffed compared to other locations.

  Service is always great the people working there are nice. Drinks are amazing there as well. The muffin tops are pretty decent for a quick bite.

  This location is so inconsistent. Sometimes I get the best drink then I’ll go back and order the same thing and it’s not the same at all. I’m tired of never knowing if my $7 for coffee or matcha is going to be worth it or a waste. On top of the inconsistencies their quality control is insane. There have been numerous times the lid on my drink won’t stay on or like today they gave me a cracked and chipped lid! I’m not going drink this in case the missing plastic from my lid is in the drink. I’m not coming back after this visit. I’m tired of wasting my money and being disappointed.

  I stopped by 7 brew in Lee Summit, Missouri on Sat June 13th about 9:30 pm. When we pulled into toe parking lot the open sign was on, but when I got closer to order I noticed it was turned off. I knew they were usually open until 10, so waiting i waited for a minute. I notice a girl trying to hide behind the cart of syrups and 3 girls more ducking behind on the other side. When they seen we wasn’t leaving, they finally came rushing. I said , for a minute I thought you wasn’t open. The girl said unfortunately we are!!! I said well I glad y’all are!!! She proceeds to take my order, so when she gets back with, she drops it on the table and the lid comes off. She puts the lid one proceeds to hand me this cup with coffee dripping everywhere from it. I told her you’ve got to better than that. I think she wipe it down, no apology or anything. I love 7brew but these girls customer service was terrible and I’ll never go to this location ever again

  Went there yesterday and the service was terrible. We pulled forward to the window to receive our drink and gift card and the girl was complaining about another customer to another coworker while our drink was sitting waiting to be handed to us. I also noticed my drink was not filled all the way to the top of the cup (I’m not one to complain usually) and asked nicely if that could be fixed and my husband saw her just put more ice in it. Terrible quality and service. No respect for customers even when asked nicely to fix a $7 drink.
