  Rude staff and very slow. Said they could only take cash if it was exact change otherwise you must use a card??? Pennies haven't magically disappeared overnight. Could the staff not count out change? Was there zero cash in the till? Half filled fries and the diet coke was flat out of the fountain.

  Our food was terrible, every table was dirty!! My wife used the restroom while we waited for our food that sat ready for at least 5-10 minutes (microwaved and gross). She said the bathroom was also disgusting. When I brought it to the managers attention ( still waiting for our food that was just sitting there). She completely disregarded what I said. I contacted corporate. With no response!!! We used to love Arby's. But have since added it to our list of"Never Again"!!

  We've been waiting for 10+ minutes. And someone walked in and they were told it would be a 10minute wait before even ordering. They walked out. This is a fast food chain..

  Waited 10 minutes before they ever took my order in the Drive-Thru didn't even put my pulled pork sandwich in the bag, long Waits horrible service. 30 minute waste of my day. Horrible management that's for sure.
