  I asked for a tuxedo not knowing there was more than one I was looking for the smoothie and they gave me the tuxedo mocha. Wish they would ask which one i wanted. cause I had no idea till I looked it up

  I genuinely do not believe this stand could consistently prepare a drink correctly if their lives depended on it. I have given this location multiple opportunities, yet my drinks have been made incorrectly on nearly every visit. At this point, the recurring issues are far beyond an occasional mistake and appear to reflect a broader lack of consistency, training, and accountability. The management at this location is in serious need of improvement. One of the managers has consistently been unhelpful, unpleasant, and difficult to work with, and her interactions with customers leave much to be desired. The other members of the management team have also demonstrated a lack of professionalism and attentiveness. Rather than prioritizing customer service, operational efficiency, and supporting their employees, they often appear more focused on socializing and personal interactions while on the clock. There have also been several new employees working at the stand who appear to lack adequate training and familiarity with the standards expected of them. While new employees naturally require time to learn, the responsibility ultimately falls on management to ensure that staff members receive proper training and are equipped to provide consistent service. Overall, this location has some significant operational and managerial deficiencies that need to be addressed. Based on my repeated experiences, many of these issues appear to originate with the management team and its apparent lack of leadership, accountability, and effective oversight. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and implements meaningful improvements, as this location has considerable room for improvement.
