Never had to wait that long for my coffee in such a short line all because the workers were goofing off and yelling.. waited all that time just for it not to even taste correctly at all :/

The service is absolutely horrible I got all the way to where you actually get your drink, very disappointed. The "worker" koa if that's what you want to call her talked to one customer for over 10 minutes, very unprofessional. I asked for the manager on duty Emily, she wouldn't even come talk to me about the unprofessional worker. Don't go to the Lebanon branch only go if you don't want your order taken and to wait over half a hour to get your coffee. If I could leave a negative review I would

The coffee grows on you but the coffee taste overwhelms any flavor you get. When we got our drinks the guy couldn't tell us which was which. The worst part of this visit was listening to the loud girls "working" while we were waiting. Standing there gossiping and screaming about something, it was annoying. $7 medium drink

I normally don’t have problems when I go to this stand. Though this time I ended up receiving the wrong sized drink even when I repeatedly asked for a medium and not a large and I even had two different workers ask me for what I ordered and I told them both medium more then once to make sure and they still handed me a large drink and I paid for the large even though that’s not what I asked for. The drink was good though just kinda disappointing they didn’t listen the multiple times I repeated my order. The workers weren’t rude at least.

I went by this morning to pickup my usual drink. I decided to try the pickup window method where you walk up to the stand and scan your code. The app told me it was option. The stand was busy this morning but the two young men in the stand saw me and never once acknowledged me. I waited and waited for just someone to help and even if you guys weren’t taking those kind of orders at the time someone could have greeted me and told me that. No worries at all. But both saw me and continued going on like I wasn’t there. I know have a drink order I don’t know how to cancel now and walked away this morning without getting my order.
