  ALL INTERCOMS OUT - This lady was running from the drive up stalls to take orders, to the drive up WINDOW to take orders then she was running back to deliver all the orders, keeping track of them WITH A SMILE ! YOU ROCK, LADY ! THANK YOU FOR THE EXTRA PICKLES ON MY BURGER, THANK YOU SONIC AND THANK YOU COOKS AND THANK YOU DRIVE -UP ATTENDANT. YOU ARE WONDER WOMAN AND GREAT FOR YOUR JOB !!!! ❤️❤️❤️

  Ordered on the app. Was to he done at 6:09. Came out at 6:35 with an apology they forgot to bring it out and it's been done for awhile. Are a fry and nugget and they were cold. Asked them to make fresh. It comes out 20 minutes later. The burgers were wrong and we got two fries when we ordered one tot one fry. We just kept it and asked them to make the burgers right. Horrible experience when just trying to head home 3 hours away.

  This was the first time I had a truly pleasant experience at this Sonic location! I was waited on and served promptly by clean, friendly, professional staff. The other customers around me seem to be receiving the same quick professional service. No freezer burn flavor All of my order was correct and tastey... overnight improvement!! Good job guys!!

  New management is exceptional! Professional, friendly, welcoming! I have a custom breakfast order every morning and I make changes from time to time. They always get my order correct and deliver with a smile! I’ve noticed some very Disrespectful customers pull through the store with ZERO REGARDS for the carhops crossing the drive thru lane… I’ve noticed customers getting out and press buttons on the stalls…. I’ve noticed curse words being said to staff.. no wonder they are a bit slower serving at times, staff must be VERY hard to keep when you have such childish behaviors to deal with “ a lot of the customers” but management is doing GREAT! and the staff at the store are doing a fine job despite the hell they deal with from PEOPLE.
