  Every time I come here they mess my food or my drinks up I pay extra for stuff to be added and they never add it in it’s so frustrating they have officially lost my business!

  New management is exceptional! Professional, friendly, welcoming! I have a custom breakfast order every morning and I make changes from time to time. They always get my order correct and deliver with a smile! I’ve noticed some very Disrespectful customers pull through the store with ZERO REGARDS for the carhops crossing the drive thru lane… I’ve noticed customers getting out and press buttons on the stalls…. I’ve noticed curse words being said to staff.. no wonder they are a bit slower serving at times, staff must be VERY hard to keep when you have such childish behaviors to deal with “ a lot of the customers” but management is doing GREAT! and the staff at the store are doing a fine job despite the hell they deal with from PEOPLE.

  Excellent service 5/12/26 It was a outing for the residents of Golden Age Living Center after we ended our afternoon of bowling we decided to go to Sonic and get drinks and as we entered the parking lot THE MANAGER (Susan) drove up beside us and introduced herself and HIGHLY accommodated us. The residents LOVED the special attention as well as the supervisors!!!! THANK YOU SONIC AND SUSAN FOR A WONDERFUL AFTERNOON AFTER A DAY OF BOWLING!!!!

  The manager at the Sonic in Laurie Missouri Susan is awesome. If your order comes out wrong, she takes care of it. She is so kind, generous, truly cares about her customers as well as her employees. Another employee there Maria is also super sweet. And Dillon, I adore him. He is awesome. The sonic and Gravois Mills, Mo 65037 truly cares about their customers.

  we got the number two meal, my spouse now has yellow/brown stains on his skin from the sauce, i’ve tried calling to inquire about this and nobody answers the phone, i called the sonic in camdenton (different owners) and they said they’ve never had a case of the sauce doing that. on top of everything i sat there for about 20 minutes to still have cold food and a watered down soda.
