The app kept this location and it was a bit of a detour from the Chipotle I thought I ordered from but the food was done on time and very generous portions. Maybe things are looking up?

First time our food was made totally wrong when ordering on the app and waited as the only person in line and nobody inside for 15 minutes in the drive thru. This time I ordered in the app and purposely pushed out the pickup turn and still had to wait 15 mins in the drive thru. Not to mention nobody greets you at the window so you’re forced to just sit in the drive thru wondering what’s going on.

- JKJoshua KelleyJun 14, 20261.0Not typically the type to get on my soap box but this place needs some serious help. We have attempted to eat here twice. Both times were tragically horrible. We placed our order online the first time for two bowls with completely different ingredients. The staff mixed up the bowls and put half of my fiancés ingredients in my bowl and mine in hers. The second time we had a bowl and a kids quesidilla. Again placed online. We arrived to the window nobody in sight for 2-3 minutes. Once someone finally decided to work. We were told it would be another few minutes mind you we were 5 minutes past our pick up time. The food took another 10 minutes to come out. Once again the order was messed up the bowl was missing it’s guac and the kids quesidillas cheese was not melted at all. This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever had the displeasure of eating at. If I could give it zero stars I would. Save your money.
