    I went to pick up a catering order that was for Mother’s Day. Got there at the pick up time to learn that the order wasn’t ready and the order wasn’t communicated to the staff. Muhammad - the manager was very polite. He got the team together quickly to get the order in. I wasn’t happy when I got there to hear the order wasn’t ready and they didn’t know about it. They went back and found the order in the computer and the whole staff put it together quickly. It was a good experience bc of the teamwork of making it right.

    I love chipotle, but this time I felt very frustrated with my food service! THE CHICKEN WAS TOO SPICE, so difficult to eat it, I was trying to talk to the manager, a white man with gray hair, and immediately he was very rude and didn’t want to change my TOO SPICE CHICKEN order, he tried me like a liar, and I left my food in the counter without any recompense! For years, I buy chipotle at others stores and I never receive this rude behavior from a manager like this guy did it to me in front to others! Iam so disappointed with this guy that looks like a manager and cooker , and probably he’s the one that is adding a whole bottle of spice ingredients to the chicken! I believe in Karma and he deserves what he gives, so rude and disgusting guy! Nice place , but with a jerk manager with gray hairs! My food got in the trash can without any gratitude 🤦‍♀️ SMH

    The health department needs to make it there The food looked like it had been setting there all day they didn’t have hardly anything in the bins to choose from and the pans were pretty much empty with dry food in them. Their serving station had food scattered everywhere all the way to pay area, the trash cans were over flowing in the serving area gloves were overflowing. There Did not appear to have any type of supervision at all or the manager supervisor didn’t care. First and last time I will go there.

    Not sure how a team of 11 can still miss the mark this badly. Orders running 15–20 minutes late would be one thing...if the staff showed even a baseline level of urgency or professionalism. Instead, you’ve got employees leaning on the counter, laughing, and snapping back at customers while insisting they’re “working hard.” If this is what “hard work” looks like, I’d hate to see the alternative. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this Chipotle and honestly, the one on Highway K too. At this point, it’s less of a one-off issue and more of a pattern. Not sure how Missouri keeps fumbling something this basic, but here we are.

    As a dedicated chipotle lover, this location is embarrassingly disappointing. Whether you place an order online to pick up, or go in person to order, the staff is consistently stressed from being short staffed. It shows in their attitudes, but also they will straight up tell you “we’re short staffed service will be slow.” When they don’t have certain food items available, they don’t tell you during your pick up. Then you get home to find out you actually didn’t get what you ordered or PAID for. I don’t mind paying for the extra menu items that I like at Chipotle, because I feel that usually the quality is worth it. What I do mind is when I pay for certain things and then I do not receive them. When you ask for a refund for the things you ALREADY paid for, the staff will rudely tell you they A. Don’t have time. Or B. Call 1-800 Chipotle. I personally won’t be returning to this location even though it is the closest to my residence. I simply have not had one good experience or one correct order from here.
