- KMKirtis MooreMay 31, 20261.0the food is fine, used to be good, the delivery is BAD., the issue is always having something wrong when getting food delivered. 5 of the last 6 times, with getting food delivered, they have messed up!!!! 5 of the last 6 times ordering with them!!!!!!!! not delivering drinks 3 TIMES in a ROW separate occasions, just a sprite 2 liter.. when calling them one time they stated "we tried to call to let you know we were out of it, we can give u credit for the future" and I had zero missed calls, but would get the call and text stating food was on the way, just lied straight to me, I asked if they could send something else and was told would be over an hour and half, but they could give credit, it only took 30 min to get the original order with hot food.... then bringing wrong order couple times, once was swapped with someone else's order and another was wrong crust and pizza toppings. then following was another issue with getting soda delivered for the order again and missing items . I PUT IN THE NOTES: "deliver and make sure order is correct and not missing items" and they still forgetting the Parmesan I paid for and sent 3 small 20oz sprite instead of a 2 liter.. that's 60 oz not 67.6 oz which a 2 liter is, like if you gotta sub it in I get it, but don't send less than what was ordered. not sure why they can't deliver what is ordered. I don't know how they are missing items when I have added a note for delivery instructions to make sure the order has all the items. I mean you pay a $5 delivery fee and give a tip and they can't get the items to you that you are paying for.

My only complaint is that I ordered online through their website & I had the ofallon store call me telling me they cancelled my order because my order went to their store & my address wasn’t in their delivery area. They told me they don’t know how that happened so my order was cancelled & I ordered over the phone. Delivery took almost an hour but it was well worth the wait. Happy w- my order.

I almost felt like having a plain crust without any toppings. I’m never going to order from here again
