  I just walked out after witnessing a male employee run his hands through his hair several times then scratch his genitals and proceed to make waffle bowls with an ungloved hand ( not that gloves would matter at that point) and picked up the waffle with his fingers after turning it with the spatula. I was there 10/3/26 at approximately 7:18 pm. I have sent an email to the business and will be contacting the board of health.This was the location at the Meadows in Lake Saint Louis.

  The young man working the night of 9/13/26 gave us some of the best customer service we’ve had. He was so attentive and kind, he made our night!

  The ice cream was absolutely delicious, but the AI flyers are really terrible. You have such delicious and beautiful treats, use real pictures!!! The AI ice cream photo looked super unappealing and kind of diseased, and put me off from trying the featured sundae.

  Clementine's never disappoints! They have the best ice cream I’ve ever had, and their seasonal flavours are always so creative and delicious. There’s always something new to try, but everything I’ve had has been amazing. Service is quick and staff is always friendly. This spot gets pretty busy especially in the weekend (there's a farmers market on Saturdays) so be prepared to wait. There's seating inside and outside so that's a plus. Definitely one of my favourite spots for ice cream!

  What a night! My friends and I were supposed to go to the Savannah Bananas game, but instead we ended up getting caught in a hit-and-run accident and completely missed the game. It was definitely not the night we had planned, but we decided we weren’t going to let it ruin the entire evening. So naturally, we decided ice cream was the answer! We had previously tried to go to Clementine’s off Mason Road, but the line was literally out the door. Since the Lake St. Louis location was closer to home, we decided to head there instead, and I’m so glad we did. There was no line when we arrived, and we were able to get right in. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They let us sample different flavors, and they even noticed our Savannah Bananas shirts and asked if we had just come from the game. When we explained that we had unfortunately missed it, they were so sympathetic and told us that ice cream makes everything better. Honestly, she wasn’t wrong! One friend got the gooey butter cake, and I ordered two scoops: salted caramel cookies and cream and milk chocolate. The salted caramel is my absolute favorite, and it did not disappoint. Both flavors were delicious. Our other friend ordered the cherry slush and said it was amazing. I also love that Clementine’s has both “naughty” and “nice” flavors, with the naughty options incorporating alcohol. After the kind of night we had, it was definitely tempting to consider a naughty flavor! The best part was honestly just how nice it felt to have such a positive experience after such a crappy night. The staff was friendly, there was no waiting, we got to try flavors, and we ended the evening with a delicious sweet treat and some laughs with friends. Sometimes things don’t go according to plan, but a good scoop of ice cream and great customer service can definitely help turn the night around. Clementine’s was the perfect way to cap off a very unexpected evening!
