  When we picked up the pizzas they looked and tasted like they had been sitting out for a couple of hours. The chicken on rhe Hawaiian bbq chicken one was hard. The Meats was over done. All 3 were barely warm. This isn't typical. Usually the pizzas are good but today I wasted my money.

  Busy nurse here. By the time I sat down to eat, store is closed. They forgot the garlic dipping sauce that I ordered with the bread sticks. That wouldn’t normally be a big deal since there is a garlic sauce in with the pizza already, but the order was being split so we wanted two dipping sauces. That damn sauce is the only reason I order Papa John’s at all. Dinner sucked. Edit for the reply: it was Thursday night, the location in lake st Louis. I did not keep the receipt so I do not have the order number. It doesn’t matter anyway because the resolution usually involves a free pizza so I need to order again and give you another chance to disappoint.

  I was picking up an order and the delivery women was leaving with an order the same time I was leaving put the pizza in her car and then lit up a cigarette. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t want someone smoking cigarettes around my food. I would never order pizza from the lake St. Louis location.

  3's across the board. Ordered 2 pizzas, cheese bread and brownie. The cheese bread and brownie were delicious. The pizzas, thats another thing, both were made so scrappy, I had to drive back up there get them remade and get my money back for the poor quality they were the first time. The second time, the pizza was made perfect, like it should have been and they also did rectify the situation which is why im leaving at 3 stars instead of 5. If they did what they did the second time, I would've left a 5 star review.

  I was just going to pick up some pizzas tonight and on my way there I passed a Papa John’s delivery driver that had just left the store. She was smoking in the car on the way to make deliveries. I could see pizzas in the passenger seat. I don’t know if Papa John’s has a prohibition against this, but I personally wouldn’t want pizza delivered by somebody who was smoking with my pizzas in the car.
