No one to take orders. I HAD to use the kiosk. Then they want a tip. I placed my order, picked it up, made my drink and bused my table. My salad had maybe 2 leafs of lettuce. Bowl was less than half full. Dressing wasn't even added, I had to do it. What am I paying for. There wasn't $3 worth of ingredients in my salad and I did all the work.

Never again at the Lake St Louis Panera.. Just when I think it can't get worse. I was in the drive thru last week for 24 minutes before I received my food. The old lady taking orders just disappeared from the window. No car in front of me. She just thought it was a good idea to get my order at the same time as the 3 cars behind me. And she was dumb enough to tell me that. Today I go to the drive thru and the guy in front of me is waiting to order. I sat there for 5 minutes. No one took his order so I went inside. No one in line so I go to the counter and the cashier says I'll be right with you. She then proceeds to clean the coffee station and chat with co workers. Then she starts helping the cooking staff put together orders. I walked out. The manager there must be worthless and have no training skills. Definitely the people working there have zero sense when it comes to taking care of customers. And yes, I worked in the service industry for many years so I can definitively tell you that they don't know what they're doing. Will never go to this location again.

I would recommend dinning in, because carry out is hit or miss, I changed stuff on my sandwich online. I looked through the bag when picking up to make sure I had all the items since it was larger order but didn’t look at the inside of the sandwiches and unfortunately it didn’t have the changes. So I would just recommend dinning in or checking all parts of your order. For me it wasn’t a deal breaker I still ate it but wasn’t going to go back to get it fixed because it was a work lunch and we couldn’t.

I have been buying bread at Panera for several years. Over the last few months I noticed that the large loaves had significantly more/larger holes in them. See attached slices of the large country rustic loaf. When I suggested to the manager (young woman) that they should consider giving me a discount to compensate for the 10% less bread, the curt response was "that's how our bread is". I guess they don't care much about my business.
