    Welp, I just spent 18.01 on a Sprite. Lost my order, then had to remake, did get the Sprite correct. Spent 35 minutes in the process but had to go back to work without my lunch. Every time I come here for my lunch break I feel like I miss out due to them being DoorDash only or just problematic in filling out your order. Did not give me a receipt so cannot even follow up that way. But I am sure my checking account will reflect it.

    It took forever!!!! It should not take this long to get thru the drive thru lane. Then we decided to walk in. No one waited on us when we walked inside, and of course the kiosk was down. Beyond frustrating!

    Not sure why they call it fast food. Waited 30 minutes just to place my order, and then another 30-40 minutes at the window still waiting for my food. I'm literally writing this review while sitting at the drive-through window. There was nothing fast about this experience. Terrible service !do better!

    First off, I understand mistakes happen. I was perfectly fine with them giving me the wrong order. They tried to correct it. They then handed me my order again but this time, wrong drink and missing sandwich. I then brought it up again that they haven't given me my full order. Either the assistant manager or the manager immediately had attitude and blamed me. She said "You didn't order the big Mac, and you ordered a coke (when I ordered a dr pepper). You can pull around and order it again". Again, with the worst attitude ever. Like I mentioned earlier, I'm fine with people making mistakes. I make mistakes, but immediately blaming the customer and especially having an attitude doing it. That is messed up. Be nice to people. Also yes, just in case I was in the wrong. I did check my dash cam footage and yes, I ordered everything correctly. Also this is only towards the assistant manager/manager. Or team lead. She needs to be fired. The person who was working the window was actually just doing his job. He was apologetic. He atleast attempted to fix the situation.

    The cashier threw ketchup at me when I asked for it. Then she slammed the window in my face. Im confused as to why she was so angry. Just rude. I don’t recommend
