  Very, very understaffed. They will not wait on you, they tell you they are not taking orders and to place your order online, when your food is ready they do not notify you, you could wait 45 minutes or more. They wait for you to come to the window and ask for your food and that is if they open the window to talk to you. They have a beautiful spot looking over Lake of the Ozarks to eat outside but the service is terrible.

  Returned my entire order because no sauce came with the wings or on the pizza. They still have not refunded me. The service was horrible and the man argued with me even though I showed him the food. He claimed I submitted the order wrong and was Informed that the order was called in he never apologized. Took the food back and never issued the refund.

  Had people over at 9pm and ordered food for everyone. Pizza hut calls back 2 hours later as they are closing and ask if we ever got the food and we didn’t.

  Worst service ever!! Placed a carry out order and showed up to pick up the pizza. We didnt know to go through the drive thru, so I walked up to the window with the "press for service" button. Pressed it 3 times and got no response from the 2 employees. I knocked on the window 2 separate times, again with no response. Knocked a 3rd time and the employee in front of me, with his back turned, gave me the wait a minute sign. I had no clue that they even heard me before. This is the rudest I have ever been treated! They could have turned and said anything as along as they acknowledged that I was there. I haven't had Pizza Hut in years and now know why. The service is atrocious!! And by the way, I am still 4 cars deep in the drive thru waiting on order due 30 minutes ago!! And my wife is trying to calm me down after I paid for $110 of pizza in advance. I cant do a thing without losing my money. I will have to suck it up and wait on their time frame.
