- CCChino ChinoJun 6, 20261.0Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant, at first everything was good but quickly turned into a horrible experience. We ordered a drink each and finished them well before 10:30. We waited for about 5-8 minutes for our server to come to us so we could order another drink when she finally did and we asked for another drink she said the bar tender said last call… but not our server or anyone ever made us aware of that so we weren’t aloud to make another drink order. While waiting for our food every server except maybe 1-2 we’re walking around huffing and puffing because they had tables , kept sighing to each other and very obviously were mad that they had tables. Our server literally didn’t take drinks to the table behind us, it took about 15 mins for them to even get their drink. Once our food finally came after about 30-40 mins after ordering , my sandwich was cold, not even warm just cold. My wifes fries were cold, we ordered wings to share between the both of us and they were also COLD. We knew something was up when a table that came in well after us got their food before we did. We lost our appetite and honestly didn’t touch our food. It was a complete waste of money and time.
